Mary Ann has been talking about this for awhile and has just announced it. I've been curious. Now that it's been made public, I am very excited, because the concept is to make journals out of old photo albums ... the kind containing cabinet photos, tin types etc. (She suggests other options if you don't happen to have one of these)
The good news is, I just happen to have two of them with me. (Couldn't leave those behind either). I adore them and was going to make an altered book, however, this sounds like a whole lot of fun to re-purpose one of the albums at least. Here's what I have 'in stock'. Don't know which one I will use as yet.

What lovely photo albums, they are real treasures. It's a good idea to do something with them, it's always such a shame to let them modder away somewhere in a closet of cellar. I am very much looking forward to seeing what you will be creating them! I am off now to havea look at *full tilt boogie*.

Hi Donna! Love all the new directions you are going in! I like the whole art-journaling idea, but have not yet tried it. I inherited a bunch of old photos from my hospice patient and look forward to using them in some creative way. Also, I was doing quite a bit with transfers before I started my current class and was loving it! Right now I am 6 assignments behind, so I better get cracking.... never a dull moment when there is ART to do!!
These albums are so precious. So glad you took them to Mexico, oh the fun you will have with them! Cant wait to see. take care, gerri

Oh I love the old photo books. This will be another fun project to follow along with you.
