After that was complete, I went shopping for a little food, and fetched the mail. My BIG order from Joann's came. Perhaps I should be under supervision. Never let out to an on line toy venue without a chaperone. Like a kid in a candy store, as I unpacked the box, I wondered ... "why did you get that?". Anway, I think I'm stocked up now. No more hunting and gathering until my knees are fixed and I am mobile again. Good thing I love to create .. it will keep me busy.
I have received the letter from the Liberate Your Art Project. It's time to send our postcards in. I know some of you are involved. I would love to see what you are "liberating". I will post mine, perhaps manana. Also, must get the envelope ready and the cards off in the mail.
After I arrived home, I did do a little mail art. Just a couple of envelopes.
Can't say enough times how much I am enjoying my new set of Lyra Water Colour Crayons. I am noticing I have not used one crayon from the last row in the tin ... the 'dark' colours. Interesting.
Listen to the Exhortation of the Dawn!
Look to this Day!
For it is Life, the very Life of Life.
In its brief course lie all the
Verities and Realities of your Existence.
The Bliss of Growth,
The Glory of Action,
The Splendor of Beauty;
For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And To-morrow is only a Vision;
But To-day well lived makes
Every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
And every Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well therefore to this Day!
Such is the Salutation of the Dawn!

Sounds like you have been having fun, my friend! Love your envelopes! I have some more to do today. I am waiting for m y printed postcard to arrive from MOO in London, should be here any day now, and then i will send them off. But cleaning???? Ok, sometimes it must be done. As jo says, you need at least enough room for an inchie! Have a great day, hugs, valerie
I know .. it was a little extreme. I like the inchie approach .. I'll keep it in mind for the next time I feel the urge. hugs.
