Finally got my journal together today. Haven't finished decorating the inside covers - so will only show you the binding and the outside. Double Diamond Stitch, the newest stitch in my repertoire, learned in Ticket to Venice with Mary Ann Moss.
I only had red book binding in stock which I was a little disappointed in for this particular book because of the maroon corners on the journal, however I'll get used to it. A fun binding to learn and execute.
That's all for today. Thanks for stopping by.

This looks very complicated, but makes a gorgeous finish. Do you have to stitch through all your layers each time? Great work, Donna1 It's snowing here again! Hugs, Valerie
Beautiful D!!
Wow! This looks so cool! I love it!
Fabulous look, Donna! I have no idea how you would even begin such a project, beautiful finish though!
Your book turned out wonderful. Mary Ann's classes are wonderful.
love the look of your binding Donna, That's so cool! Maybe someday I'll stitch one together.
hugs Lynn
J love how you have bound your book. I am not going near the computer much. I will get back to it soon. Luv Donna
fab!! I am jealous--I want to learn this too! Is this a special journal with a theme? Are you making more? Have fun!!!
Hi Donna, love the binding for your 2013 journal and ALLOW will be fun to work in. I will be making a journal via the Creative Souls group (Moonlight Journey). I have the cover selected but that's as far as I've gotten. It will need to be covered, signatures added before I can even begin. It should be a fun "experiment" for me.
Fabulous new stitch...Love your 2013 life guide word...allow. Such a powerful word1
