We are making progress though. M'lady was sharing some interesting bits about her history today --- a long line of gypsy's who over many many years made their way to the mediterranean from high up in Turkey. Her family, over the years made it's way to Italy and now she feels she has roots in that country.
Many little details to work out ... and of course, the dear little kitty.
Thanks for popping in my beauties. It's a beautiful day here - hope things are warming up wherever you are.

She is looking lovely, Donna! I can't see anything unusal about kitty, she looks good to me :)
How like a kitty to be a bit tempermental! But all will come into focus for this beautiful piece.
As I have told you, I love your sense of color - they are so beautiful and I enjoy reading your blog too. Yes I see this Lady living in Italy - maybe Florence. I don't think she would like living in Venice. And you know cats are very independent creatures!

Very nice Donna. Love your beautiful paintings.
Oh yes... I can see me and her chatting over a small slice of sponge cake and tea from a china cup :D XXX
Love it, Donna! the flowery hat, the tree branches and especially the kitty, which looks fine to me, but I do understand - it's your painting and it needs to entirely meet with your approval before you can let it out into the world!
