We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called "Opportunity" and its first chapter is New Year's Day.

Thank heavens you said the photo was fuzzy, I worried I had too much New Year Cheer. On the other hand are you sure you held the camera still....did you have too much New Year cheer? :))
Happy New Year to you, Ivan and Kathleen. I feel like I know them and had a visit as well. Thank you for sharing your friends love randomrose xx
Lovely to see your smiling faces, and glad you enjoyed your night out! Hope you get your camera sorted out soon! Hugs, Valerie

Happy Happy 2012, Donna!
Happy New Year 2012 to you and your friends, Ivan and Kathleen. Looks like you are enjoying yourself. Although I did not have any New Year "cheer", I was worried my eyes had finally given out.
happy and blessed new year to you, Donna!
Oh, Donna, so glad you can share the festivities with your friends. It looks lovely!! Your photo looks to have a lot of "noise". Can you lower the ISO setting?? Anyway, no I did not know I had influenced your word-of-the-year tradition. I, of course, got it from someone else and have just passed it along... love how blogging can do that!! Happiest of new years to you, my friend!!!
Happy New year lovely lady!
