* Play Day

Before I tell you about my play day, I want to show you the gorgeous painting I won from Natasha May.  It happened to be 'Happy Frida', so she came home to Mexico where she belongs.  I adore her.  Please drop over to Natasha May's blog, HERE and have a lookie loo.  Natasha does some beautiful, unique work.

Wendy and I had a play day in my studio yesterday.  It was a marathon - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.  The day went so quickly.  Wendy worked on her beautiful water colour Christmas cards, and I worked on tags and cards for Christmas.  Here are some of the results.  Photos not up to par, what can I say?

Some of these ....

and some of these ...

.. and these ....

a few of these ...

... some of these because I loved them

and a few of these ...

All in all we had a wonderful day, had fun, and good company.  What more can you ask.  Hope you had a lovely day.  Thanks for dropping around.  xoxo  Donna

Oh, now I am so doubly jealous! You won a wonderful Frida painting and got to play in the studio all day! Without me! (Waaaahh!)

One of these days, I'm gonna be in that studio with you drinking a little wine, laughing and painting, Ms. Donna! Okay, I'll get over being jealous long enough to be really happy for you. Those tags are just gorgeous and it sounds like such a good day!

Her friend has generously offered help to those with similar problems...info on Amy's blog here http://www.artistamyjo.com/2012/09/if-you-need-help-with-blogger.html
