Off to a two day advanced encaustic class today, with Ezshwan. Before I pop out the door, here's a couple of photos of the dining area in the kitchen. The table came back all painted yesterday. I had wanted to keep the legs natural. They were a dark charcoal colour like the black in the chair upholstery. Ah well, as I say, in Mexico there is always a 'sorpresa'. I will get used to it. I can seat four very comfortably. Should I have a larger get together, the round terrace table could come in which would be fun.
Hope you will all have a great day.

I love the way you photograph. The table looks lovely. Everything just blends in, simple and chic...I love it.
Donna, the legs of your table match the color of the chairs. I think it is perfect the way it was painted.
As for the mosaics, I like the star pattern on the right and the moon exactly as you have it.
Your entire casa is turning out so lovely.
HAVE FUN WITH THE WAX TODAY. I'm off to stamp club.
Hugs,

Thanks Salma. Love it when you drop in - you always lift me up. Thank you for that. xx
Hi Carol. Thanks so much for coming over. Wish it was in person. I'm getting used to the table - it's just the other way I think it would have 'danced'. Glad you like the new star. I'm going to play just a little with the moon and see what happens. I may keep her the way she is. Hope you had fun at stamp club. I'll be turning in to see your work.
