It was a beautiful day in San Miguel. The sun was shining. It was neither too hot nor too cold ... it was just right. Kathleen came to de Luz and we spent the afternoon together. Kathleen arranged for an aesthetician to come to de Luz. We sat on the covered terrace while our hands and feet were soaked, snipped, rubbed and polished. It was a Bliss day. We laughed, we had tears in our eyes, we dreamed, we philosophized, and wiled away the hours in the warmth of the Mexican sun. We dined on fresh sandwiches and drank agua ... it was delicious. Our feet and our hands are happy. Our hearts are full. We deepened our friendship. Kathleen treated me to this beautiful 'spa day'. Ah yes, life does not get any better than this!
